- Luego añadiremos los fideos (un puñado por persona, yo he puesto cinco), lo dejaremos cocer a fuego fuerte unos cinco o seis minutos, pondremos las almejas y mejillones y el pimiento rojo, hasta que no tenga caldo. Lo pondremos en un plato y listo (yo le pongo perejil por encima)
