Esta receta se la vi a Mayte Romero en su blog, y desde entonces cuando la hago en mi casa no dejan ni la muestra, hasta mi marido que no es mucho de pechuga de pollo ataca, jajajaja

Si es con freidora mucho mejor.
- Como yo no tengo freidora para evitar comer mucho frito lo he hecho en una cazuela con bastante aceite, y le he puesto un palillo (trucos de la abuela) para que no se queme tanto el aceite con el pan rallado
Ve poniéndolas en papel absorbente antes de servirlas para que chupe todo el aceite
