  5. Ahora añadimos pimienta negra la hoja de laurel, y el curry dejamos hervir a fuego suave, añadimos un vasito de agua sin cubrir, con un tenedor voy pinchando y damos la vuelta a las pechugas, corregir de sal cuando ya veamos que está listo lo retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar,
  6. Una vez frío lo loncheamos, y ponemos en un táper de cristal, lo cubrimos con la salsa y listo
  7. Cuidado con el pan, la salsa está riquísima
