    Los mejillones se hacen al vapor y se reservan fuera de la concha para después.
    Abrimos los berberechos y reservamos también sin concha
    Pelamos las gambas y reservamos aparte
  2. Realizamos una mezcla para el caldo con los ajos, el tomate frito, pimentón y azafrán. Añadimos un poco de caldo de los mejillones y otro poco de caldo de pescado gallina blanca
  3. Echamos el aceite de oliva en una paellera grande y calentamos. Añadimos la fideuá y rehogamos un poco. Vamos añadiendo la mezcla de caldo que hicimos en El Paso anterior poco a poco y una vez mezclado añadimos la merluza
  4. Cuando la fideuá está a punto, añadimos las gambas, los mejillones y los berberechos. Le damos 7 min más y listo!!!
