- En una paellera con aceite. Dorar los langostinos y la sepia y reservar.
- Picar la cebolla y el pimiento en brunoise pochar en el aceite de dorar los langostinos y la sepia. Cuando coja color dorado añadir el ajo picado y rehogar.
- Añadir el pimentón dulce y el tomate pelado y picado. Evaporar el agua de vegetación.
