- Mientras podemos hacer la salsa de alioli de pera, para acompañar nuestra fideuá, ponemos en el vaso de la batidora, un ajo picadito sin el germen, un poco de sal dos yemas de huevo y la pera troceada en pequeño, trituramos un poco y añadiremos un poco de aceite, poco a poco como cualquier mayonesa, hasta que tengamos una salsa a nuestro gusto de espesor, la cantidad de aceite es la que admita. Reservaremos en el frigorífico.
