- Mientra se cuecen los espaguetis en una sartén sofreímos la cebolla, el pimiento, los ajos, pimiento molido sal y el paprika. Una vez hecho añadimos la carne en el mismo aceite y removemos, la sazonamos con un sobre de Goya para carnes y removemos para que todo coja color y sabor.
- Una vez casi terminado los espaguetis sacamos a escurrirlos y terminamos con la carne añadiéndole el sofrito, yo lo utilicé el bote y puse unas 4 o 5 cucharadas..
- La carne la vertemos en la olla (vacía) que estuvimos haciendo los espaguetis y añadimos los espagetis y un vaso de agua con el caldo de pollo disuelto (yo utilicé sólo un sobre) y añadiremos 2 hojitas de laurel.
- Removemos y miramos el gusto y el punto de sal y listo. Si no queremos que quede con caldo cerramos la tapaderita de la olla y se va secando. Y el resultado quedará como la de la foto.
