- Empapamos los bizcochos en el café y cubrimos la base del molde. Lo hago de dos en dos para que no se me rompan, primero por la parte del azúcar y luego le doy la vuelta.


- Tapamos con una capa de la mezcla de mascarpone y extendemos. Repetimos con tantas capas como queramos, en mi caso suelo hacer dos.



- Acabamos con mascarpone y luego espolvoreamos el cacao, con un colador va perfecto.
