- Una vez lista la mezcla la metemos a una manga y hacemos las soletas y espolvoreamos con azúcar glass, horneamos a 180°C por 15 minutos

- Poner a fuego los 100 gr de azúcar con los 45 ml de agua cuando empecé a hervir o a sacar burbujas empezamos a batir los 100 gr de yemas y cuando estén claras agregamos el caramelo



- Hidratomos la grenetina y derretimos a baño maría y agregamos a la mezcla de yemas


- Acremamos el queso crema y mezclamos con las yemas


- Batimos la crema Lyncott sobre un bowl con hielos hasta que tenga puntos suaves y agregamos a la mezcla



- Preparamos el jarabe y metemos las soletas por un rato antes de pasarla al molde y ponemos una capa de soletas y una del paté a boom y terminamos con cacao el polvo



- Una vez listo metemos a refrigerar por una hora, una vez pasado este tiempo desmoldamos y le ponemos galletas alrededor

- Amarramos con un listón y listo
