- En un bowl comenzamos a batir la crema de leche cuidando de que no se corte. Luego agregamos el queso marcaspone y lo integramos bien de a poco. Por último añadimos el queso crema y una vez que logramos integrar todo echamos un poco de esencia de vainilla y azúcar impalpable.
- En un recipiente preparamos el café con agua caliente y lo endulzamos a nuestro gusto.
- Ahora procedemos a mojar las vainillas en el café e ir acomodándolas en el molde donde vayamos a hacer el tiramisú. En mi caso utilicé dos paquetes de vainilla por piso.
- Una vez acomodadas las vainillas agregamos un poco de nuestra crema, cubriendo bien cada espacio, repitiendo el mismo paso con lo que queda de nuestros ingredientes. Con la cantidad que les di obtuve un total de 3 pisos.
- Por encima ralle un poco de chocolate, porque me gusta más que el cacao pero eso queda a elección de ustedes. Lo llevamos a la heladera para que tome consistencia nuestra crema. Espero lo hagan y disfruten en flia ❤😌
