  4. Quitamos los envoltorios de los sobaos. Estos tienen el grosor perfecto, en caso de que las magdalenas sean más gruesas habría que cortarlas en láminas de este grosor más o menos.
  5. Pasamos a montar el tiramisú. Bañamos el sobao en el descafeinado, y lo colocamos como base en nuestro cuenco, añadimos una capa de crema, y encima otra de sobaos (siempre bañados en el café), y así hasta llenar la copa (la última capa tiene que ser de crema, yo la pongo un poco más finita que las anteriores).
  6. Para terminar espolvoreamos cacao por encima y los metemos en la nevera hasta la hora de servirlo. Y ¡a disfrutar!
