  3. 1 paquetes soletillas
  4. 400 gr queso mascarpone
  5. 4 tazas café
  6. 1 chupito grappa o en su defecto de coñac

  8. 3 cucharadas soperas de cacao en polvo

  1. Primero separamos las claras de las yemas. Y montamos a punto de nieve las claras de huevo.
  2. En otro bol mezclamos las yemas y el azúcar glass y removemos (importante no batir). Incorporamos el mascarpone y removemos.
  3. Por último a la mezcla de añadimos muy poco a poco las claras bien montadas a punto de nieve. Reservamos a la nevera.
  4. En una bandeja empezamos a montar el tiramisú. En un plato colocamos el café con el licor y mezclamos. Mojamos la soletilla en la mezcla (no mucho sino el tiramisú perderá consistencia) y lo colocamos horizontalmente en la bandeja. Así hasta cubrir toda la base. Ahora encima de las soletillas ponemos una capa de la mezcla del mascarpone.
  5. Fundimos el chocolate y tiramos finamente unos hilitos por encima de la crema. Y después volvemos a repetir el paso 4. Soletilla mojada en café + crema mascarpone
  6. Volvemos a echar por encima el chocolate deshecho y por último colocamos las 3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo en un colador y espolvoreamos por encima.
  7. Dejamos mínimo 2 horas en el frigorífico y..... a disfrutar!!!😋
  8. Aconsejo colocar las soletillas en diferente dirección. Por ejemplo, la primera capa horizontalmente y la segunda verticalmente.
