- Ablandar el queso (ojo que no se corte) también batimos la crema a medio punto (esto es cuando el batidor pasa por la crema)



- Ahora mezclamos el queso con la crema y le agregamos el aparato a bomba, lista la crema.



- Pasamos al armado, mojamos las vainillas en café, las ponemos en una fuente como esta y le ponemos la mitad de la crema, luego otra capa de vainillas y el resto de la crema.



- Lo dejamos enfriar bien unas 2 o 3 hs, le espolvoreás cacao amargo y ya está listo para servir.



- Aclaraciones:El batido a PUNTO LETRA es en el cual podés dibujar con tu Mezcla y la podes seguir viendo. Para lograr un aparato a bomba es importante que el almíbar esté a 118°, esto se reconoce cuando empiezan a surgir burbujas y se explotan lentamente. Y por último lo más importante es que de alguna manera cocinen las yemas, es peligroso consumir huevos crudos así que de alguna manera tiene que estar bromatologícamente cocidas.
