Es la adaptación de una receta que me ha dado una amiga, la cual también había versionado. En su caso utilizó un variado de frutas y le quedó espectacular.   8. Nota: podéis sustituir el mango por fresas y kiwi por ejemplo, cualquier fruta ligera le irá perfecta a la crema.
