- 1 cdita goma xántica
- 1 cdita polvo de hornear
- 180 cc leche vegetal
- 30 cc aceite girasol
- 1 cdita vinagre de manzana
- 1 cda esencia de vainilla
- Ingredientes para la crema:
- 125 gr castañas de cajú previamente remojadas por 2 horas
- 30 gr azúcar de coco
- 1 cda esencia de vainilla
- 60 cc agua
- Extras: café + licor (le da el toque)

- Para el bizcochuelo: mezclar los secos por un lado y los líquidos por otro
- Incorporar todo en un mismo bowl, integrar
- Verter la mezcla en dos moldes chicos de torta de 8 cm cada uno previamente aceitados y enharinados
- Llevar a horno 180° por 40 min aprox
- Dejar enfriar y dividir en 3 partes (usé ambos bizcochuelos chicos para armar una mini torta alta)
- Preparación para la crema: licuar todos los ingredientes y llevar a la heladera por 1 hora mínimo
- Pasada la hora, humedecer las 3 partes del bizcochuelo con café caliente + licor. Agregar la crema de castañas de cajú, luego agregar la otra parte del bizcochuelo humedecido y así repetir.
- Llevar a la heladera 1 hora más (mínimo), espolvorear por encima con cacao en polvo
