En el mateix oli de fregir la carn, la coem, remenant-la, fins que perdi tota l'augua i quedi torradeta./Cortamos y trituramos las cebollas en la picadora hasta hacer un puré. En el mismo aceite de freír la carne, removiendola, la cocemos hasta que pierda toda el agua y quede tostadita.
  4. Hi afegim la carn, els xampinyons, la tomata, el vi negre i l'aigua i deixem coure uns 40 minuts a foc mig, fins que la salsa sigui espesa. Remenem sovint perquè no s'enganxi./
